2 Harlyn Bay Cottages is located just 100 yards from Harlyn beach, close to The Harlyn Inn Bar and Restaurant and just five minutes drive from the picturesque fishing port of Padstow. From Padstow there is a frequent ferry service to Rock where you can enjoy sailing, wind-surfing and water-skiing. Harlyn is the perfect area from where to explore the South West coast taking in the many bays along the way.

This three bedroom house is able to sleep six people via one double, one twin and one bunk room offering a private rear garden and secure parking adjacent to the property.

The spacious lounge has one two seater and one three seater brown leather settees, one brown leather chair and matching footstool, TV with SKY package, DVD player, electric fire and coffee table.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, 4 ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster and washing machine. The dining area has a table and four chairs, sideboard and CD music centre, and patio doors leading to a rear garden with a terrace and garden furniture.

There is secure private car parking for two cars beside the house.

Upstairs there is a spacious Master bedroom with a double bed, built in mirrored wardrobes and side table. Bedroom two is a twin bedded room with two single beds, a wardrobe, side table, TV and video. Bedroom three is a bunk room with bunk beds, a chest of drawers, TV and video.

The fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over and shower screen, wash hand basin, WC and wall mounted heated chrome towel rail.

A cot and highchair are provided and heating is via electric night storage heaters and additional room heaters.
