4 Towans is a beautiful pine holiday home situated on a private, select development of stunning lodges in the sought after area of Towan which is near Constantine Bay and the renowned Trevose Golf and Country Club.

This New England style lodge has been inspired by the pale, timber homes in that area of North America and has been finished to a very high standard. The exterior of the property has been clad in Siberian larch and the interior is all pine providing an eye-catching and unique experience for a holiday.

The lodge has been beautifully furnished in a contemporary style creating a light and airy atmosphere and is fully equipped with modern conveniences and touches of luxury including an en suite bathroom and stylish kitchen. There are lovely features in the property including a high cathedral ceiling in the open plan living area and three sets of French doors leading out onto a large decked area. 4 Towans comes with a private parking space and the site has electric bollards for security and is well lit at night. There is also a footpath that leads to the beach.

Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room with heated towel rail, WC & basin, 1 twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with bath/shower over, heated towel rail, WC & basin. Decked terrace, small lawn and parking.

Access statement: You approach 4 Towans via an electric bollard system and private parking for the property is located on your left. A few yards ahead is number 4 Towans. 3 wooden steps take you up on to the decking then 1 step over the door frame takes you into the property which is all on one level. To the left is the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Off the lounge are three sets of patio doors that take you on to the decked terrace and 3 wooden steps from here take you down on to the grassy area. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail and separate bathroom with bath and shower above, WC, basin and heated towel rail. There is also a twin bedroom with 3ft single beds. Decked area with patio furniture and gas BBQ. The nearest payphone, bus stop and shops are in the village of St Merryn.

This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
