Downstairs: Kingsize bedroom leading through to a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Upstairs: Lounge and kitchen/diner. Patio, garden and parking.

Access Statement: You enter Barn Cottage from the back entrance through a small wooden gate that takes you onto a decked area of the garden. From here there are french doors leading into a double bedroom with king size bed (there is a curtain at the end of the bed for privacy). One small step down takes you to another double bedroom with standard size bed and bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. From the main bedroom, 11 steps take you up to the first floor and into the lounge with a wood burner and LCD digital 37" television. Two steps up from here take you into the open plan kitchen/diner with views out to the countryside. From here there is a stable door which leads out, down 13 external steps to the decked patio and grassed garden area with garden furniture.

There is a paved path that takes you round to the front of the property where there is a small gate that takes you out on to the St Merryn to Constantine Road. There is parking for one car just by the wall of Barn Cottage. The nearest payphone, bus stop and shops are in the village of St Merryn.

This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
