Lower Trevorgus is situated in a quiet, rural location just outside the village of St Merryn which has many amenities and is within easy reach of Padstow and the seven bays. This holiday cottage is light and airy with comfortable accommodation and peaceful surroundings.

Access to Garden Cottage is through the garden of Lower Trevorgus House (which Garden Cottage overlooks).

Holiday home comprises:

Downstairs: Kitchen/breakfast room and sitting room. Upstairs: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC & basin. Patio, garden and parking.

Access Statement - You approach the property down a long drive and through 2 large wooden gates Garden Cottage is the property on the far right set back, parking for 1 car. To enter the property you walk down the garden path and 4 steps down then 1 step up to the front door which takes you into the Kitchen/breakfast room, then past the stairs is 1 small step down into the sitting room. 11 steps will take you to the first floor which has 1 x twin room, 1 x king size room, bathroom. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and a garden with a fence enclosing the lake. The nearest payphone, bus stop and shops are in the village of St Merryn.

This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Winter breaks available with gas central heating.
