Access Statement - When arriving at Trenouth Cottage there is a large driveway with ample parking. You enter the property via the back door with 1 small step over the doorway which takes you into the utility room on the ground floor, also on this floor is the kitchen and lounge/dining room off this room is the front door with 1 small step to the porch and front door & 1 small step into the front garden. Off the kitchen are the stairs with 12 steps up to the first floor with 1 x zip and link King-size bed ( 2 x 3' beds) bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin & WC. Then down 1 step is 1 x double room, 1 x twin room. Outside are enclosed gardens front and rear. The nearest payphone and bus stop are on the A389 near the Little Petherick junction. The nearest shops are in St.Merryn.

This property provides Linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
