We are only a short walk from the glorious beach of Constantine Bay, Treyarnon Bay, Trevose Golf and Country Club, the well stocked Constantine Bay Stores and Trevose Head is within view.

Both studios are open planned to a kitchen/diner/lounge area with sink and cupboards containing crockery, cutlery, glass wear, fridge, kettle and toaster. French doors open refreshingly on to paved patio areas.

Cooking is by microwave dual oven/grill so this is an opportunity to take a break from cooking, in the conventional sense.

The comfortable lounge area has a wall mounted television and there is a sofa, coffee table, breakfast table and chairs.

Linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
