The club accommodation consists of 10 Luxury Flats, 8 sleeping two persons and 2 sleeping four persons, 5 Bungalows and 7 Chalets all sleeping 5 persons.

We also have the Fairway Cottage (sleeps 6), the Club Flat (sleeps 5) and 7 Double Dormy Flats.   In all the Club can accommodate over 120 guests at any one time.

Our brand new FAIRWAY LODGES are now complete (see the first picture on the right).

Fairway Lodges

Tucked away below the 18th green, the Fairways Lodges offer unprecedented comfort and luxury.

They form two separate buildings which curve gently in to the surrounding landscape, incorporating many environmentally positive features including super insulation, ground source heating systems, rainwater harvesting for re-use on the golf course and extensive green roof space supporting biodiversity. Consisting of 3 x single and 4 x two-storey lodges, every effort has been taken to create the very best in luxurious, environmentally friendly accommodation.

All lodges sleep up to 6 persons, with 3 twin/double bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms), a large open plan dining/living area, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. In addition the double storey lodges have balconies at the front and back, and the single storey apartments have their own terrace/sun deck. With your own security gate for added privacy, every effort has been made to deliver the complete getaway experience. Parking is available outside each lodge.

Trehuel Apartments

These luxury Flats completed in 1993 have been built to the highest specifications. They are luxurious and comfortable and no cost has been spared in the equipment and furnishings to ensure you have a happy and contented holiday.

All flats overlook the golf course and provide a magnificent view of the Atlantic Coastline. Soundproofed and double glazed throughout, the flats have spacious open plan dining and lounge areas which are beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is a delight for either the industrious wife or the lazy husband having all the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms with their own televisions have been designed to make your stay tranquil and relaxing whilst the bathrooms, with bath and showers, are roomy and tiled throughout.

Bungalows

Five compact well furnished bungalows are situated just fifty yards from the Clubhouse next to the Trehuel flats. All have open plan living/dining room, kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom/WC), single room with own bathroom/WC or shower and WC.

The bungalows have their own garden area and are not overlooked. Well equipped, they are ideal for both golfing and family parties.

Fairway Cottage

Fairway Cottage was originally the Clubhouse at the inception of the golf course. It is ideally situated adjacent to the first tee, on the edge of the first fairway and only a sand iron from the current Clubhouse. It has recently been completely modernised and is one the most popular accommodations on the complex. It comprises three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, and a spacious living/dining area and kitchen. Fairway Cottage's crowning glory is the lounge and its remarkably outstanding views. At all times of the day the view from the large French window is awe-inspiring encompassing all the best aspects that North Cornwall has to offer.

Dormy Flats

The Dormy Flats are the latest addition to the Trevose accommodation portfolio. They overlook the swimming pool, eighteenth green and have outstanding views to the sea. The bedroom and bathroom are situated upstairs with an open plan dining/living room and a fully equipped kitchen below. There are televisions in both rooms but the programmes will have to be outstanding to distract occupants from the superb views. Ideal for the golfing couple who don't have the budget for the Trehuel flats but still want the comfort that they have at home.
